This morning I caught a glimpse of what heaven is going to be like! Oh boy was I overwhelmed.
Today at the 11 am service, the choir had their Christmas concert. The church choir sang, accompanied by members of the Cleveland Orchestra. They requested that the congregation sing along with them. So the whole entire sanctuary was filled glorious praises to God.
It was during the chorus of the song that tears filled my eyes. Women, men, children, white, black, asian, poor, rich - were all singing "O come let us adore Him" together in worship to the Great King. Is this what it will be like in Heaven, when we worship the Lamb that was slain? Will it be even better?! I can only hope!!! Oh what a day it will be when we sing praises to the King, together at His feet. O come let us adore Him - the One worthy of all of our praise and glory. Oh Jesus - we wait in glad expecation and anticipation of that day!
